Membership

Why join TSM? There are many reasons. Hey, some just join to get in to the members only pre-sale at our bi-annual clothing and equipment sales. But if you stop there then you are missing a lot! Our group is made up of over 100+ families of higher order multiples -- that's a lot of experience! We provide numerous programs and activities to help you find the answers, resources and advice you need, geared towards families with triplets or more. But TSM is even more than that. The friendships you establish will last a lifetime. The bottom line is that raising higher order multiples is a blessing but also a challenge. It is so nice to have people to turn to who REALLY know what you are going through and can offer assistance or just a sympathetic ear. In addition, we try to give back to the community that supports us by involving ourselves in charity events. Included in that is our very own Families First Fund, a fund developed to assist both member and non-member families of higher order multiples experiencing financial hardship. In addition, we sponsor a family in need for the holidays, make direct contributions of both money and used clothing and equipment to other organizations and organize a team for The March of Dimes' WalkAmerica to support premature babies. And we involve our children as much as possible so they learn the value of helping others. TSM also provides many social activities, averaging one per month in addition to the monthly meetings. We recognize it is difficult for many new families of higher order multiples to get out and do things, but parents can gain confidence while being around other HOM families who understand. We also hold at least two Parent Night Out activities to give parents the opportunity to create connections with other parents and get answers to any questions they may have.

We constantly strive to reach potential members and encourage those of you with Higher Order multiples or expecting Higher Order Multiples to contact us using the link below and find out for yourself what Tri-State Multiples has to offer!

Our Full Membership fee is $25 per year (covering May 31st to June 1st) and will be pro-rated for new members. Annual dues provide access to quarterly newsletters, bi-annual member directories, participation and pre-sale purchasing at the semi-annual clothing and equipment sales, participation in the TSM Yahoo E-Mail Group, and attendance to all TSM functions (additional charges may apply). Scholarship memberships may be available upon request.

In addition, TSM offers an introductory membership FREE of charge called a Pro-Tem Membership. This allows potential members to discover what our group has to offer without the stress of financial commitment. Pro-Tem members include families expecting higher order multiples and those new to the group. New members are not asked to pay dues until 3 months after they contact the group and expecting families are not asked to pay dues until their multiples are 3 months of age. Pro-Tem Members are afforded all the same privileges as regular members, including access to the members only web site. 

This TSM Members Site will give our members quick access to quarterly newsletters, meeting information, a Member Directory and Profiles, information on upcoming events, answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), Officer contact information, a Member Resources area, and more!
