Fundraising Efforts
|
|
Tri-State Multiples, Inc.
is dedicated to providing support to our members. To do so properly and
provide activities for our members, operating funds are required. In addition, we also
dedicate ourselves to various charitable causes. Fundraising Coordinator
Emily P. has been hard at work focusing on fundraising efforts.
TSM Members are avid supporters of
The March of Dimes and many participate as a family team at the annual March for Babies
in April of each year. TSM also created and administrates The Families First
Fund, a charitable fund established to assist families of Higher Order
Multiple Birth Children (triplets or more) experiencing extreme financial
need. In the past, TSM has assisted families
with such needs as therapy expenses, wheelchairs and other equipment,
special care formula, and burial expenses. Also supported are The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, The Coach Bill Brewer
Youth Mentor Program and other charitable opportunities as they arise. Most
recently, one of our own members was recently involved in a near fatal car
accident and TSM has jumped in to help out by establishing The Michelle
Ranes Family Fund.
For any questions or concerns regarding
fundraising efforts please contact our Fundraising Coordinator, Emily P., at
fundraiser@tristatemultiples.com.

KROGER
NEIGHBORHOOD REWARDS PROGRAM
TSM
is participating in the Neighborhood Rewards Program with The Kroger Company.
Participants (both members and nonmembers) simply purchase a gift card from TSM's coordinator and reload the card with additional value when you shop at
Kroger. Then simply use this card for all your regular Kroger purchases,
much like a reloadable gift card. Each time a TSM card is reloaded, the
amount gets credited to our TSM account. When our organization reaches
$5,000 or more in reloads, within Kroger's four-week cycles, TSM will
receive a rebate check for 4% of the total amount. If we don't reach $5,000
within a cycle, our funds will carry over into the next cycle. These cards
can be used at any Kroger Affiliated Store throughout the U.S. (see list
below).
-
The card can be reloaded for ANY amount
up to $250 in Kroger stores or up to $100 at the fuel centers.
-
The reloading process
MUST BE A SEPARATE TRANSACTION.
-
Pay for the reloaded card with cash,
check, debit, or major credit card.
-
Reloading can be done at
the Customer Service counter or at the register and must be done in
a separate transaction before your purchases are
scanned.
-
Kroger cards can be used
to purchase any merchandise in a Kroger store with the exception of
services (money orders, Western Union, Lottery Tickets, Stamps, and
TicketMaster).
-
The balance on your card
will show at the bottom of your receipt or you may obtain your balance at
customer service, the cash register, by calling 866-822-6252, or at
www.gcbalance.com.
-
Gift cards accepted in
all Kroger Affiliated Stores throughout the U.S. including Kroger, Fred
Meyer, Ralph's, Fry's & Fry's Marketplace, King Soopers, Dillons, Smith's
Food & Drug, City Market, QFC, Food 4 Less, Owen's, FoodsCo., Hilander,
Pay-Less, Cala-Bell, Baker's, JayC, Fred Meyer Jewelers, and Littman &
Barclay Jewelers.
-
The cards will be able to
be indentified as a fundrasier card by a sticker on the front. This should
serve as a reminder that it is a card that you reload, not throw away.
-
Using the Kroger
fundraiser card does NOT interfere with your Kroger rewards card! You can
use both.
-
Our organization can have
as many cards as we want...there is no limit! Ask family, friends, and
neighbors to help us raise money by doing something we do
anyway....grocery shop!
The Executive Board will vote to determine
where monies earned will be allocated.
