TRI-STATE MULTIPLES ANNUAL GOLF OUTING
The date is set for our 8th Annual John
Rogers Memorial Golf Outing. This year's event is open to both MEN and
WOMEN
golfers of all skill levels. The funds raised will benefit The Families
First Fund, The Paulette McDermott Benefit Fund and Tri-State
Multiples.

ORGANIZATIONS!
Tri-State Multiples is a registered
501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides support for families of higher
order multiples (triplets or more) in the Tri-State area through monthly
meetings, educational speakers, and Mentor Mom programs just to name a few. The
Families First Fund is a charitable fund administered by Tri-State Multiples to
offer financial aide to any family of higher order multiples in need of
assistance to help relieve some financial strain and allow them to focus on
their family. We choose to support The Paulette McDermott Benefit Fund in
support of a TSM Grandmother who is currently undergoing extensive and costly
cancer treatment. As the economy worsens and health care coverage decreases, our mission
of support has becoming increasingly more important.

The event will
take place at the beautiful Beech Creek Golf Course located at 1831 Hudephol

GOLFER REGISTRATION
Golfers may
register by mail using the printable registration form or register and pay
on-line. The event is open to
men and women golfers of all skill levels, not just members of TSM. Please include a valid
e-mail address if possible so we may contact you with verifications, updates or for more information.

Sponsors and donations
In addition to
participants, we are also soliciting hole sponsors, cart sponsors and
donations of appropriate items that can be used for raffle prizes. Tri-State
Multiples is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN #61-1393583) so all or a
portion of your donation may be tax deductible.

Hole Sponsors
are a donations are $100 and you will have your message or company
name/logo prominently displayed on a sign at one of the holes on the course
and your message/company will be given special recognition as well as be
included in the 2008 Fall edition of Multiple Echoes. You may submit a
printed copy of your logo for use on the signs and advertising or email the
image to president@tristatemultiples.com.
Cart
Sponsors are a donation of $25 and you will have your
message/company/logo displayed on an 11" x 14" sign on the front of one of
the golf carts in use the day of the event. Messages can be in memory of a
friend or family member, in celebration of a special event, in honor of your
own family, or anything you want!
Item
Donations: If you have any items including company logo items that you
would like to donate for use as raffle prizes such as golf equipment and
accessories, duffle bags, hats, or other type items please contact Shawn
